本文主要阐述了建筑监理对施工质量控制影响的问题研究。本文首先介绍了实施建筑工程管理的必要性,其次介绍了监理对施工质量控制的五个重要因素,然后就这五个因素本文从五个方面阐述了监理对施工阶段的质量控制的实施。通过一个实例本文进行了简要的叙述,最后施工过程中的安全建立工作做了简要的介绍。建筑监理工作对保障建筑工程的质量有着重要的作用,对其进行研究有着重要的意义。
This article mainly elaborated the construction supervision to the construction quality control question question research. This paper first introduces the necessity of implementing the management of construction project, then introduces the five important factors that the supervision of construction quality control, and then on these five factors this article elaborates the implementation of the quality control of the construction stage from five aspects. Through an example of this article a brief description, the final construction of the safety of the construction process made a brief introduction. The construction supervision work plays an important role in ensuring the quality of the construction project, and is of great significance to its research.
