前列腺增生(BPH)是老年男性患者的常见病、多发病,往往并发膀胱结石。我院2005年10月～2007年1月采用尿道镜下钬激光碎石术加前列腺电切术治疗BPH并膀胱结石15例,取得了满意效果。现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料本组患者15例,年龄61～76岁,平均68岁。病程1～8
Prostate hyperplasia (BPH) is a common disease in elderly men, frequently-occurring disease, often complicated by bladder stones. Our hospital from October 2005 to January 2007 urethral holmium laser lithotripsy and prostate resection of BPH and bladder stones in 15 cases, and achieved satisfactory results.
