在能源短缺的新时期,页岩油作为一种非常规油气资源具有可以补充常规能源的巨大潜力和有利条件。面对产业化生产的需要,产油率低、处理量小、自动化控制程度低、环境治理困难的传统抚顺炉油页岩干馏工艺的改造已是各大企业面临的亟待解决的课题。以某矿业集团页岩炼油厂为例,对传统工艺中“抚顺式干馏炉”这一主要单元部分,从进入干馏炉的物料、物料在干馏炉内投放方式以及干馏炉内的燃烧过程、供热方式等几个角度出发分析低油产率的原因并提出具体的解决方案,为抚顺炉油页岩干馏工艺的整体改造提供理论依据,并具有指导意义,可创造显著的经济效益及环境效益。
