应用Mn-乙二胺-酒石酸钾钠极谱配合吸附波测定土壤中有效锰和交换锰,并着重研究了土壤样品的预处理方法。在pH 11.7的乙二胺-酒石酸钾钠溶液中,微量Mn~(2+)在-1.75V(SCE)产生灵敏极谱配合吸附波,Mn~(2+)浓度在0~3.5μg/cm~3范围内与波高有良好线性关系。较详细比较了HN0_3-H_2O_2、HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2SO_4以及高温灰化消化处理土壤样品的方法,选择HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2SO_4方法处理土壤样品。方法有较高的准确度和精密度。测定了青岛莱西市20个乡镇的98个样品的有效锰含量。
Mn-ethylenediamine-potassium tartrate polar potassium tartrate was used to determine the available manganese and exchange manganese in soil. The pretreatment methods of soil samples were emphatically studied. At pH 11.7, the trace Mn 2+ produced a sensitive polarographic adsorption wave at -1.75 V (SCE) with a Mn 2+ concentration of 0-3.5 μg / cm ~ 3 range and wave height has a good linear relationship. The soil samples HN0_3-H_2O_2, HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2SO_4 and high temperature ashing treatment were compared in detail. The soil samples were treated by HNO_3-HClO_4-H_2SO_4 method. The method has high accuracy and precision. The effective manganese content of 98 samples from 20 townships in Lacey, Qingdao was determined.
