以典型的籼粳交(窄叶青8号/京系17)的F1花培加倍单倍体为材料,考查了抗倒力、株围、株高、有效穗数、重心高和地上部生物量等抗倒伏相关性状。利用该群体的分子连锁图谱进行QTL区间作图分析,除地上部生物量外,其他5个性状均检测到了相关的QTL,其中与抗倒力、株围、有效穗数相关的QTL各1个,分别位于第8、8和12染色体上,贡献率分别为18.4%、12.6%和10.6%。与株高相关的QTL2个,位于第4和第8染色体上,贡献率分别为12.7%和12.5%。与重心高相关的QTL3个,位于第4、8和10染色体上,贡献率分别为12.5%、14.6%和10.0%。相关分析表明,抗倒力与株围、株高、重心高和地上部生物量均呈极显著正相关。
