简要介绍了有色冶金生产线信息化物联网技改建设实况。该信息化物联网平台共建设了7个单体车间信息子站及1个厂级调度信息总站。开发建设了MES系统,建立了先进的信息化物联网调度平台。建成了无人值守式水、电、气、风远程集控平台,建成了全线约20台冶金炉群集中监控平台,建成了全线约6 000个信息点的DLP总调度中心。率先实现有色冶金生产线由传统单机不互联制造模式向信息化物联网制造模式转变。该试点建设项目符合当今国家2025战略中智能制造发展潮流,成功开创了有色冶金生产线大数据管理平台;其建设经验在工业物联网及智能制造领域具有广泛的推广应用价值。
