目的:探讨PBL教学模式应用于神经外科临床教学的效果。方法选择2011年3月~2012年9月来我科神经外科临床实习的例实习生为研究对象,将80例实习生分为PBL教学模式组(40例)与传统教学模式组(40例),观察并比较两组的考试成绩和课堂教学效果评估。结果实验组的考试平均成绩高于对照组,其差异具有的统计学意义(<0.05);实验组的课堂教学效果评估高于对照组,其差异具有显著的统计学意义(<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式应用于神经外科临床教学具有良好的教学效果,值得临床推广。“,”Objective To investigate the ef ect of PBL teaching model used in neurosurgery clinical teaching.Methods March 2011 to September 2012 our department intern neurosurgery patients in clinical practice for the study,the 80 interns into PBL teaching mode group (40 cases) and the traditional teaching model group (40 cases) observed and compared the two groups of test scores and classroom teaching evaluation.
