省冶金第二建设公司1975年6至8月在株洲氮水灌区最大的西塘渡槽工程中,成功地采用液压滑动模板,多快好省地施工了24米高的渡槽支架。该支架共40排,高24米,宽2.9米,每个重65吨,不便于预制吊装,一般是采用现浇的施工方法,但用木模现浇方法,按工期要求,至少需占用木材600米~3。采用液压滑动模板施工,不需大量的脚手架,除少许横梁底模和操作台铺板外,几乎不用木材。每一组同时施工四个排架,最高每班滑升速度为5米,
