八达岭野生动物园老虎伤人事件余热未消之际,宁波雅戈尔动物园老虎吃人又引发了舆论热议,对于谁该为老虎吃人事件买单,争论甚嚣尘上,有人认为动物园未尽到管理责任,应对事故负责,也有人认为游客无视责任协议书,没有规则意识,应该独自承担后果。本文结合侵权责任法的规定,以清晰的逻辑与法律视角对该类事件进行分析,以期有助于理清该类事件中游客与动物园的责任。
