有一辆伏尔加轿车来我单位检修。听司机讲此车因动力不足、烧机油、排气管冒蓝烟等原因,更换了缸套、活塞及活塞环,出厂后第5天发动机出现“突突”声。经检查3缸不工作,机油里有水,初步判断为3缸缸垫冲坏。返回修理厂,修理人员拆下发动机缸盖,发现第3缸缸垫确实冲坏。同时用平规测量缸盖既不翘曲也不变形,故认为缸盖螺栓扭矩不够或缸垫质量差所致。更换新缸垫,按规定扭矩和顺序拧紧缸盖螺栓。但该车仅行驶3天又出
