21世纪到来需要的不再是“读死书,死读书”的人才,而是一种具有创新思维的人才。那什么是创新思维的人才?不同的行业有着不同的定义或者是标准。而小学阶段作为创新能力的萌芽阶段,采取什么样的方式培养是相当重要的。此时的一种思维方式都将会对他们今后的思考习惯产生一定的影响。在整个教学阶段,更加注重的便是教师教学方式的使用以及问题的引导等,这些都将会对学生的思考方式产生影响。同样,这也为教师提出了更高质量的要求,这也需要教师在实践的过程中不断地探索。主要阐述在小学语文中如何培养学生的创新思维。
