束流切割器是中国原子能科学研究院基于强流回旋加速器的束流脉冲化系统的关键设备之一。束流切割器的结构直接影响到束流脉冲化的成败。根据束流脉冲化的需求,束流切割器将提供频率为2.2MHz、电压幅度为6kV的正弦波。在高频匹配仿真计算的基础上,我们完成了束流切割器的机械结构设计和加工,同时完成了相关的实验研究,最后表明该结构设计是成功的,完全满足了实验要求。束流切割器的结构如图1所示,内部安装有切割板。切割板通过陶瓷耦合窗(feedthrough)与
The beam cutter is one of the key equipments of China Institute of Atomic Energy based on the beam pulsing system of the strong current cyclotron. The structure of the beam cutter directly affects the success or failure of the pulsed beam. Depending on the pulse pulsing requirements, the beam cutter will provide a sine wave with a frequency of 2.2 MHz and a voltage amplitude of 6 kV.
