目的:分析仙鹿口服液辅助左旋卡尼汀治疗肾阴亏损型少弱精子症患者临床疗效。方法:选取2010年9月—2012年9月内蒙古医科大学第一附属医院收治的少弱精子症患者70例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为单独使用左旋卡尼汀的对照组患者及联合使用仙鹿口服液及左旋卡尼汀的观察组患者各35例。比较两组患者的临床疗效,精液量、精子密度及精子活率等差异。结果:观察组患者接受治疗后的总有效率(97.14%)明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);接受治疗后观察组患者的精液量(4.17±1.25)mL、精子密度(34.26±5.37)×106/mL、a+b级(58.00±3.80)%及精子活率(76.45±8.36)%均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:仙鹿口服液联合左旋卡尼汀可以有效提高少弱精子症患者的治疗效果,提高精子密度及质量。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xianlu oral liquid-assisted L-carnitine in the treatment of patients with oligozoospermia with deficiency of kidney yin. Methods: Seventy patients with oligoasthenospermia who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from September 2010 to September 2012 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different treatment methods, patients in the control group were treated with L-carnitine alone and in combination The use of Xianlu oral solution and L-carnitine observation group of 35 patients. The clinical efficacy, semen volume, sperm density and sperm motility were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate (97.14%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the semen volume (4.17 ± 1.25) mL, the sperm density (34.26 ± 5.37 ) × 106 / mL, a + b grade (58.00 ± 3.80)% and sperm motility (76.45 ± 8.36)% were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Xianlu oral solution combined with L-carnitine can effectively improve the treatment of oligoasthenospermia patients, improve sperm density and quality.
