[目的]探索添加黄豆面对金针菇菌丝生长和产量的影响,提高产量。[方法]研究在培养料中添加不同含量的黄豆面对金针菇菌丝生长速度、产量和生物学效率的影响。[结果]添加黄豆面后,菌丝生长加快,最高达0.44 cm/d(0.5%黄豆面);产量和生物学效率显著增加,最高达212 g/袋和70.7%(2.0%黄豆面);综合考虑成本和效益,添加1.0%的黄豆面最佳。[结论]金针菇培养料黄豆面适宜的添加量为1%,增产效果较好,生物学效率较高。
[Objective] The research aimed to explore the effects of adding soybeans on the growth and yield of Flammulina velutipes mycelium and increase the yield. [Method] The effects of adding different contents of soybeans to culture medium on the growth speed, yield and biological efficiency of Flammulina velutipes mycelium were studied. [Result] The mycelial growth accelerated to 0.44 cm / d (0.5% soybean surface) with the addition of soybean noodles. The yield and biological efficiency increased significantly, up to 212 g / bag and 70.7% (2.0% soybean surface). Considering the cost and effectiveness, adding 1.0% soy flour is the best. [Conclusion] The optimum dosage of Flammulina velutipes cultivation material soybean was 1%, the yield was better and the biological efficiency was higher.
