患者男,27岁。1个月前家人发现其右颈部肿物,无发热、疼痛,无明显活动,韧性好,遂来我院就诊,超声检查:右颈部自耳后至胸骨上窝位于甲状腺右叶浅侧皮下软组织内可探及一梭形中强回声,形态规整,边界清晰,内可见多条平行排列的线状强回声,范围约11.0cm×5.5cm×1.9cm(图1),CDFI:未见明显血流信号。超声提示:右侧颈部实性占位性病变,神经鞘瘤?手术病理提示:良性脂肪瘤。
