SVG是近年来发展起来的基于XML的用于描述矢量图形、图像的标准规范。首先分析了目前地图数据表示存在的问题,之后介绍了SVG的元素类型及使用SVG表示地图数据的优势,最后介绍了生成基于SVG的地图的实现及其应用。
