Embryonic stem cells are a large group of undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells that have the potential for unlimited proliferation, self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation. Over the past two decades, mouse and human stem cells have built hundreds of lines due to advances in culture techniques, separation techniques, and increased awareness of stem cell features such as cell surface antigens and genetic markers. Embryonic stem cells have shown good clinical application prospects, but also will be gene function
