目前,在中学田径训练时,有些 体育教师为了在短时间内提高学生的运动成绩,往往容易产生急躁心理,不顾学生的具体条件和实际水平,盲目地追求大运动量、大强度的训练方法,不注意训练的节奏,机械地搬用成人的训练方法,忽视中学生的生长发育特点,不注意训练后的营养补充和身体恢复,容易导致部分学生患上运动性贫血。轻者,使学生运动成绩下降,影响学生的正常文化学习。重者,学生被迫停止运动训练和文化课学习,进行药物治疗和休息。
At present, during the track and field training in middle schools, some PE teachers tend to be irritable in order to improve students’ performance in a short period of time. Regardless of their specific conditions and actual conditions, some PE teachers blindly pursue large amounts of exercise and intensive training methods. Pay attention to the rhythm of training, mechanical removal of adult training methods, neglect of secondary school students’ growth and development characteristics, do not pay attention to post-training nutritional supplements and physical recovery, easily lead to some students suffering from exercise-induced anemia. Light, so that student performance decreased, affecting students’ normal cultural learning. In severe cases, students were forced to stop exercising and cultural studies, medical treatment and rest.
