博物馆是展示社会历史文明的窗口。将大量可移动文物集中到博物馆中保存,有利于文物保护修复和日常防护管理,但同时也增加了在突发灾害下文物大规模损毁的风险。通过对中国一、二级博物馆分布情况与中国地震裂度区划进行对比分析,我们会发现中国大部分博物馆都位于地震带上,有不少博物馆甚至位于7度以上高烈度的地震区。我们国家并没有针对文物的防震制定一个规范体系。实际上,现在我们国家有很多博物馆想做防震,但因为没有规范体系作为依据,也就得不到资金支持,也就是说我们国家文物防震保护目前是处于一个空白状态。
The museum is a window to showcase the history and civilization of society. The concentration of a large number of movable cultural relics in museums is conducive to the restoration and daily protection of cultural relics, but it also increases the risk of mass destruction of cultural relics under sudden disasters. By comparing the distribution of China’s first and second class museums with the regional division of China’s seismicity, we find that most of the museums in China are located on seismic zones, with many museums even located in seismic areas above 7 degrees in intensity. Our country has not formulated a normative system for the earthquake prevention of cultural relics. In fact, there are many museums in our country trying to prevent earthquakes. However, because there is no normative system as the basis, there is no financial support. In other words, the shock protection of our national antiquities is currently in a vacancy.
