本文对乙酰基偶氮胂与钍显色反应的条件和采用N_(263)-DA_(201)作固定相的萃取层析分离测定矿石中钍的方法进行了研究。在含有DTPA的0.5N盐酸介质中,钍与对乙酰基偶氮胂形成蓝紫色络合物,在665毫微米处呈最大吸收。摩尔吸光系数为1.05×10~5。钍浓度在0—1.2微克·毫升~(-1)时符合朗伯-比尔定律。用N_(263)-DA_(201)从2N硝酸介质中萃取钍,可使微克量钍与大量共存离子分离。方法用于测定矿样中n×10~(-3)%钍时,标准偏差不大于7.4×10~(-5)%,精密度在±3%以内。
In this paper, the conditions for the color reaction of acetylarsenazo with thorium and the separation and determination of thorium in ore by N 2 263-DA_ (201) as stationary phase were studied. In a 0.5N hydrochloric acid medium containing DTPA, thorium forms a purple-violet complex with p-acetylarsenazais arsenate, with a maximum absorption at 665 nm. Molar absorption coefficient of 1.05 × 10 ~ 5. Thorium concentration in the 0-1.2 micrograms · ml ~ (-1) in line with Lambert-Beer’s law. Extraction of thorium from 2N nitric acid medium with N_ (263) -DA_ (201) can separate micrograms of thorium from a large amount of coexisting ions. The method was applied to the determination of n × 10 -3% thorium in ore samples with the standard deviation of not more than 7.4 × 10 -5% and the precision within ± 3%.
