使用地方生铁生产韧性球铁,国内普遍存在的问题是地方生铁含磷量偏高,球铁共晶团晶界极易产生磷共晶脆相,产品机械性能不易提高,特别是塑性和韧性。为了削弱磷的有害影响,通常采用的作法是:1.高温退火,钝磷共晶,或使三元磷共晶转化为二元磷共晶。但这种方法往往会造成奥氏体晶粒粗大,降低机械性能。2.高碳低硅,强化孕育处理。我厂是使用阳春地方生铁生产退火韧性球铁的,牌号为QT42-10,产品为农用汽车底盘
