用内蒙扎赉诺尔褐煤在气流床反应器中进行了快速加氢热解的研究,在500~900℃温度范围及0.1~6.0MPa氢压范围考察了温度、压力等诸因素对热解产物产率的影响.实验结果表明:苯的产率随温度及压力的增加而增加,而甲苯、二甲苯以及苯酚和二甲酚在700~800℃之间出现最高产率.当温度800℃、氢压6.0MPa时,可获轻芳烃液体(三苯+三酚)的最高产率6.62%
The rapid hydrogenation pyrolysis was carried out in the entrained bed reactor with the Inner Mongolia Zhala Noel lignite. The effects of temperature, pressure and other factors on the pyrolysis products were studied in the temperature range of 500 ~ 900 ℃ and the pressure range of 0.1 ~ 6.0MPa. The experimental results show that the yield of benzene increases with the increase of temperature and pressure, while the highest yields of toluene, xylene, phenol and xylenol appear between 700 and 800 ℃ .When the temperature is 800 ℃, the hydrogen When the pressure is 6.0MPa, the highest yield of light aromatic liquid (triphenyl + triphenol) is 6.62%
