目的探讨炎琥宁联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻的疗效观察。方法将2013年4月-2014年4月在医院儿科治疗的136例婴幼儿急性腹泻患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组单用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗,观察组采用琥宁联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果、症状评分,不良反应等。结果观察组总有效率为97.06%明显高于对照组的86.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未见明显不良反应。结论炎琥宁联合消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿急性腹泻疗效明显,迅速改善临床症状,且无明显不良反应,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of combining Yanhuning and racecadotril on infant acute diarrhea. Methods From April 2013 to April 2014, 136 infants and young children with acute diarrhea treated in the hospital were randomly divided into observation group (68 cases) and control group (68 cases). The control group was treated with racecadotril alone.
