温州,在中国现代经济发展史上,实在是太特殊了。它是中国民营经济的发祥地,被誉称为“中国民营之都”,被视为“中国市场经济的晴雨表”。20多年来,其经济发展速度不论外部环境如何,始终坚持在外部争论中扬名,在内部不争论中发展,一直居于中国发展最快的地区行列。长期以来,温州与中国民营经济一道,不断成为理论界争论的焦点:“温州模式”到底姓资姓社?温州是否代表了中国民营经济以至于中国经济未来发展的方向?
Wenzhou, in the history of modern economic development in China, is so special. It is the birthplace of China’s private economy and is hailed as “the capital of China’s private capital” and regarded as “a barometer of the Chinese market economy.” For more than 20 years, regardless of the external environment, the pace of its economic development has always persisted in being famous in external disputes and developing internally without any dispute.
