本文对1993年至1994年我科收治的127例新生儿中青紫者61例进行分析,认为在高海拔地区由于缺氧、寒冷干燥等同素加之疾病,新生儿青紫的发生率达48.03%;患病新生儿青紫程度重,持续时间长;甚至一些疾病恢复期新生儿还会出现青紫。因此积极改善产前及生后缺氧状况,针对病因治疗,对于减少高原地区新生儿疾病的发生、提高儿童体质有重要意义。
In this paper, from 1993 to 1994 in our department treated 127 cases of neonatal blue-violet were analyzed in 61 cases, that in high altitude due to hypoxia, cold and drying the same factors plus the disease, the incidence of neonatal cyanosis reached 48.03% ; Sick newborns cyanosis degree of heavy, long duration; and even some new convalescent disease recovery period will appear bruising. So actively improve the prenatal and postnatal hypoxia, for the cause of treatment, for reducing the incidence of neonatal disease in the plateau area, improve the physical constitution of children is of great significance.
