十八届三中全会以来,中国新一轮司法改革稳步推进。根据最高检2016年度工作报告,今年检察机关改革重点任务是推进“以审判为中心”的诉讼制度改革,全面贯彻证据裁判规则,健全听取辩护律师意见机制。检察机关构建新型、健康、检律良性互动关系,对于完成深化检察机关改革重点任务具有十分重要的意义。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, a new round of judicial reform in China has been steadily promoted. According to the Supreme People’s Procuratorate’s 2016 annual work report, the key task for procuratorial organs’ reform this year is to push forward the reform of the litigation system focusing on trials, comprehensively implement the rules of evidence referees and soundly listen to the opinions of defense counsel. Procuratorial organs to build a new, healthy, law-abiding, benign and interactive relationship for the completion of deepening the reform of the prosecution key tasks of great significance.
