随着我国确立以煤为主的能源消费结构方针,从能源、环保等各方面对燃煤粉加热炉的要求越来越高。我厂现有四座全部燃煤粉的加热炉,在煤耗、污染、炉子寿命、加热质量、工人劳动强度等方面与要求相比存在较大差距。为了改善煤粉的燃烧技术,探讨煤粉加热炉降低煤耗、控制污染、延长寿命等问题,我厂先后对线材车间二段式侧出料和开坯车间三段式端出料的燃煤粉加热炉进行了以节能为中心的综合治理的技术改造,一年多的实践表明:线材加热炉成品煤
