国有企业特别是特大型国有企业的改革与发展,对于我国经济体制改革和国民经济的发展,一直具有举足轻重的地位。推动和操作国有企业改革的过程,涉及到方方面面,是一个非常复杂的系统工程。本文试图通过对洛阳轴承集团有限公司改革进程的简要分析,来认识企业制度变革对推进国有企业改革的重大作用。
The reform and development of state-owned enterprises, especially the very large state-owned enterprises, have always played an important role in the economic restructuring and the development of the national economy in our country. The process of promoting and operating state-owned enterprise reform involves all aspects and is a very complicated systematic project. This article tries to understand the significant role of the reform of the enterprise system in promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises through a brief analysis of the reform process of Luoyang Bearing Group Co., Ltd.
