为研究地膜再利用对向日葵田土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响,进行了旧膜、新膜及露地栽培向日葵对比试验。结果表明,地膜再利用可提高土壤过氧化氢酶的活性。在0~40cm土层,旧膜的土壤过氧化氢酶活性较露地显著增加4.2%,较新膜增加2.6%。土壤过氧化氢酶活性随生育期变化而不同,呈平稳-下降-上升的变化趋势。旧膜覆盖可以维持耕作层(0~20cm)过氧化氢酶活性的较高水平及其稳定性,而下层呈快速下降的趋势,但各层土壤过氧化氢酶活性均表现为:旧膜>新膜>露地。可见,地膜覆盖尤其是地膜再利用覆盖由于改善了农田生态微环境,从而提高了土壤微生物活动和土壤过氧化氢酶活性。
In order to study the effect of mulching on soil catalase activity in sunflower field, the contrast experiments of old film, new film and sunflower cultivated in open field were carried out. The results showed that the reuse of plastic film can improve the activity of soil catalase. In 0 ~ 40cm soil layer, the activity of catalase in the old soil increased significantly by 4.2% compared with the open field and increased by 2.6% compared with the new membrane. Soil catalase activity varied with growth period, showing a trend of steady-decline-increase. The old film coverage could maintain the high level and stability of catalase activity in the tillage layer (0 ~ 20cm), while the lower layer showed a tendency of rapid decline. However, the catalase activities in the layers showed as follows: the old film> New film> exposed. It can be seen that the mulching, especially mulching and reusing, improves soil microbial activity and soil catalase activity due to the improved micro-environment of farmland.
