目的:研究环原黄杨星A(Cyc-A)抗心房纤颤的作用.方法:用药物诱发心房纤颤;用微电极技术记录动作电位.结果:Cyc-A对抗CaCl_2-ACh诱发的在体心房纤颤和乌头碱等诱发的离体心房纤颤,并与胺碘酮作用相似.Cyc-A抑制窦房结细胞的自律性和异丙肾上腺素引起的自律性增加.对离体左心房,Cyc-A抑制肾上腺素引起的异常自律性,延长APD和ERP,降低兴奋性;高浓度时还可降低V_(max)· Cyc-A能拮抗ACh所致的APD缩短.胺碘酮有相似的作用,但对V_(max)无影响.结论:Cyc-A抗心房纤颤的作用是通过延长复极、降低自律性和抑制兴奋性而产生.
AIM: To study the anti-atrial fibrillation effect of cyclo-A cyclooxygenase-A (A-C) in atrial fibrillation.Methods: Atrial fibrillation was induced by drugs and the action potential was recorded by microelectrode technique.Results: Cyc- Atrial fibrillation and aconitine-induced atrial fibrillation in vitro and amiodarone similar to the role.Cyc-A inhibition of sinus node cells and isoproterenol-induced autonomic increase.For the left In the atria, Cyc-A inhibited the abnormal autonomic activity induced by epinephrine, prolonged APD and ERP, decreased the excitability and decreased V max at high concentrations. Cyc-A antagonized ACh-induced APD shortening. Amiodarone , But had no effect on V max.Conclusion: The anti-atrial fibrillation effect of Cyc-A is produced by prolonging repolarization, decreasing self-discipline and inhibiting excitability.
