In this study, 33 guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups: the first group was the control group; the second group was irradiated with UV light for 6 hours (total amount was 52.92 J / cm ~ 2); the third group was exposed to UV light for 12 hours The amount of 105.84J / cm ~ 2) all three groups of cotton according to Fortunately, three methods, after acute sacrifice, cochlear 0.5% silver nitrate staining, contrast microscope observation contrast: control group 10 20 ears all belong to the normal standard range. The first to fourth hair cells of the second group (6 hours group) suffered damage, but the fourth injury was more damaged, with a mild degree of 50% and a severe degree of 10%. In the third group (12-hour group), the total damage of hair cells was significantly worse than that in the 6-hour group, of which the fourth was still heavier, the third was mild, moderate, and severe damage, followed by the third, Moderate and severe damage up to 60.5%. According to the corollary, the excessive ultraviolet radiation in the plateau area has a certain impact on human health.
