最低生活保障制度是社会保障体系中社会救助制度的一个组成部分,是维护社会稳定、保障人民基本生话的最后一道“防护网”。本文简要介绍了新疆城市居民最低生活保障制度存在的问题,提出了一些措施以妥善解决城市贫困人口的生活困难问题。
The system of minimum living allowances is an integral part of the social assistance system in the social security system and the last “protection net” for safeguarding social stability and guaranteeing people’s basic livelihood. This article briefly introduces the existing problems of urban minimum living security system in Xinjiang and puts forward some measures to properly solve the problems of urban poor living in difficulty.
