pH-ISFET的特性参数可分为电学和电化学特性参数两大类。 一、电学特性及参数 ISFET虽有其特殊性,但仍然是场效应晶体管,与MOSFET所不同的只是它没有金属栅,其被测液代替了MOSFET的金属栅。凡需施加栅压的测试,必须采用参比电极经溶液给栅介质和半导体的表面施加电场。除此之外,从场效应原理上讲并无本质的差别,因此有关MOSFET特性参数的概念均可予以借鉴。
The characteristic parameters of pH-ISFET can be divided into two categories of electrical and electrochemical parameters.
