目的:评价4种除杂工艺对红花黄色素水提物的除杂效果。方法:通过高效液相色谱法(high per-formance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定红花水提物中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,以有效成分的含量及浸膏得率为指标,对大孔树脂法、澄清剂A、澄清剂B及乙醇沉淀4种除杂工艺进行比较。结果:优化除杂工艺为:水提液浓缩比例1∶3,3%的澄清剂B,絮凝150min。结论:红花水提物提取工艺可用澄清剂替代乙醇。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the removal effects of four kinds of cleaning processes on the aqueous extract of safflower yellow pigment. Methods: The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the aqueous extract of safflower was determined by high per-formance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The content of active ingredient and the yield of the extract were used as indicators for the macroporous. Resin extraction, clarifier A, clarifier B, and ethanol precipitation were compared for the four impurity removal processes. RESULTS: The optimized impurity removal process was as follows: water extract concentration ratio 1:3, 3% clarifier B, flocculated for 150 min. Conclusion: The extraction process of safflower water extract can use clarifiers instead of ethanol.
