钢筋气压焊是现场粗钢筋连接的一种新工艺,它具有设备简单、操作方便、质量可靠、节约能源、节约钢材和降低成本等特点。气压焊在国外已广为采用,国内不少省市也已推广应用。从设计要求看,不少国家在高层抗震钢筋混凝土结构中不允许采用搭接绑扎接头,而气压焊是允许的,认为是比较可靠的一种形式。钢筋气压焊是采用多嘴环管焊炬的氧乙炔火焰对准钢筋接头集中加热,待达到一定温度时施加定的顶压力,使两钢筋端面金属实现原子间的相互嵌入、扩散和键合,并在热变形过程中完成晶体重新组合的再结晶过程,从而形成对焊接头的固相焊接方法。近几年来,我公司在学习外省市经验的基础上,通过试验和其他各项技术准备,先后在两个高层建筑框架柱的钢筋接头上作了应用,初步掌握了气压焊工艺的操作要点,现就气压焊的质量控制方面谈

The crystal recombination recrystallization process is completed during the thermal deformation process, thereby forming a solid phase welding method for butt joints. In recent years, based on our experience in other provinces and cities, our company has made trials and other technical preparations. We have applied to the reinforcement joints of two high-rise building frame columns, and we have mastered the operating points of the pressure welding process. , Now on the quality control of pressure welding
