莜麦(Avena nuda:L.)即裸燕麦,许多地方俗称玉麦是燕麦在我国特定地理条件下突变产生的一个变种。它具有抗寒、耐早、耐瘠、适应性强、用途广等特点,是我国的古老传统作物之一。莜麦又是世界各国公认的营养价值和医用价值较高的谷类作物。近几年来,国际上称它为新兴作物,并受到重视。开发我省莜麦资源,发展中部地区莜麦生产,采用先进的科学技术来提高莜麦的品质和产量,深化莜麦资源的利用价值和商品价值将是非常必要的课题。
Avena nuda L. is naked oats, commonly known as jade in many places as a variant of oats that mutate under certain geographic conditions in our country. It has the characteristics of cold resistance, early resistance, barren resistance, strong adaptability and wide application. It is one of the ancient traditional crops in our country. It is also recognized as a cereal crop with high nutritional value and high medical value all over the world. In recent years, it is internationally regarded as a new crop and is valued. The development of rice germplasm resources in our province, the development of oat production in the central region, the use of advanced science and technology to improve the quality and yield of oats, deepen the utilization of oats resources and commodity value will be a very necessary issue.
