目前我国高校在对法学专业学生学习成绩的考核中存在着考核方式单一、只侧重于对理论性知识掌握情况的考查而轻视对应用能力的考查、对学生在实践环节学习成绩考核重视不够及考核未能与国家司法考试接轨等问题。据此,笔者认为,应当对法学专业学生学习成绩考核的方式进行改革,改革的具体设想是:采取形式多样的考核方式、增加阶段性测试、规范对学生在课堂上的表现的考核办法、制定实践环节学习成绩考核标准及实现与国家司法考试接轨等。
