本实验采用电刺激家兔延髓腹侧面化学敏感区的方法来观察对通气的影响。电刺激采用双极电极,刺激参数为0.1~0.2mA,20~30Hz,0.1ms,持续10s。刺激延髓腹侧面中线各点时,潮气量(V_T)和呼吸频率(f)均无明显变化;刺激中线旁开3mm处各点时,V_T、f均有明显增加。用浸有2%普鲁卡因或阿托品滤纸敷贴延髓腹侧面双侧中间区(I区)时,电刺激双侧头端区(R区)和尾端区(C区)的通气增加效应消失。在延髓腹侧面中线作一长8mm,深1.5mm纵切口后,电刺激双侧R区和C区,仍有通气增加效应。本文进一步讨论了家兔延髓腹侧面化学敏感区的生理特点。
In this experiment, the method of electrically stimulating the ventral side of the medulla oblongata in rats was used to observe the effect on ventilation. Bipolar electrodes were used for electrical stimulation. The stimulation parameters were 0.1 ~ 0.2mA, 20 ~ 30Hz, 0.1ms for 10s. There was no significant change of tidal volume (V_T) and respiratory rate (f) when stimulating the medial line of ventral medulla; V_T, f increased obviously when stimulating the midline to open at 3mm. Ventilation effects of electrical stimulation of the bilateral head-end region (R region) and the caudal region (C region) were observed when the bilateral medial region of medulla oblongata (region I) was applied with 2% procaine or atropine filter paper disappear. In medullary ventral midline for a long 8mm, 1.5mm deep longitudinal incision, the electrical stimulation bilateral R and C area, there is still increased ventilation effect. This article further discusses the rabbit ventral medulla ventral chemosensitive area of physiological characteristics.
