为探讨双氟·滴辛酯对小麦产量和品质的影响,达到合理使用除草剂防除田间杂草和增加子粒产量的目的,以济麦22为试验材料,设置0(对照)、225、450、675、900mL/hm~2剂量双氟·滴辛酯处理,在大田条件下研究双氟·滴辛酯对冬小麦阔叶杂草防效、子粒灌浆速率、产量及其构成因素、子粒品质的影响;在盆栽条件下,研究双氟·滴辛酯(0、1.17、2.33、3.50、4.67μL/盆)对小麦子粒品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,双氟·滴辛酯处理的小麦阔叶杂草防效均出现不同程度的升高,除草剂对小麦阔叶杂草防效随着施药剂量的增加而升高,且表现出一定的剂量-效应关系。与对照相比,子粒灌浆速率、产量及构成因素、品质随双氟·滴辛酯剂量的增加呈先增后降的趋势。450mL/hm~2双氟·滴辛酯为生产企业的推荐剂量;从减药方面来讲,如果杂草发生较少,建议施用225mL/hm~2剂量双氟·滴辛酯;如果小麦田间杂草数量过多建议施用675mL/hm~2剂量双氟·滴辛酯。
