通过对全国工读教育调查资料分析,发现工读学生多数是以前普通学校的后进生,他们不适应普通学校教育,其他学生对他们既宽容又有排斥,教师的负面评价和劣性刺激相对较多,这种生存状况对他们健康成长极为不利。因此要把工读教育作为义务教育阶段普通教育的必要补充,使专门学校成为优质教育资源,这对有严重不良行为后进生具有特殊意义。同时做好在普通学校就读的后进生的转化工作,需要教师提高专业素质,重视同伴群体的作用。
Through analyzing the survey data of the nationwide work-study-reading education, it is found that most of the work-study students are backward students of the ordinary schools before. They are not suitable for ordinary school education. Other students are both tolerant and excluded from them. Teachers’ negative comments and bad-natured stimuli are relatively more. Living conditions are extremely detrimental to their healthy growth. Therefore, it is necessary to regard work-study education as a necessary complement to ordinary education at the stage of compulsory education, so that specialized schools can become high-quality educational resources, which is of special significance to students who have serious misconduct. In the meantime, it is necessary for teachers to improve their professional qualities and attach importance to the role of peer groups while doing a good job in transforming post-graduated students enrolled in ordinary schools.
