水库工程在现代社会经济建设和发展中发挥着重要作用,是集灌溉、用水、电力生产、防洪等作用一体的工程。为确保水库工程功用的充分发挥,不仅要重视工程质量,更应重视水库的运行管理。本文主要对当前我国基层中小型水库运行管理中的问题进行系统剖析,并探讨相应的解决对策。
Reservoir engineering plays an important role in the modern social and economic construction and development. It is a project integrating irrigation, water use, power generation and flood control. In order to ensure the full utilization of reservoir engineering, not only the quality of the project should be emphasized, but also the operation and management of the reservoir should be emphasized. This article mainly analyzes the problems in the operation and management of grass-root small and medium-sized reservoirs in our country at present, and discusses the corresponding countermeasures.
