目的:研究小儿咳喘颗粒平喘的作用及机制。方法:采用乙酰胆碱-组胺引喘法及改进肺溢流实验方法,观察小儿咳喘颗粒对豚鼠引喘的潜伏期、倒扑时间,气胸大鼠被动吸气所需正压力上升的影响。结果:小儿咳喘颗粒3g/kg和6g/kg剂量组可明显延长乙酰胆碱-组胺所致的喘息潜伏时;3g/kg剂量组对大鼠在引喘后30 s表现出明显的抑制呼吸阻力增加的作用。结论:小儿咳喘颗粒有明显的平喘作用,其平喘作用可能与延长喘息潜伏时和降低呼吸阻力有关。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of pediatric cough asthma granules on asthma.
