为什么毕业设计做这样一个混居社区?这个设计混居对象是老年人和青年人。中国自99年起进入老龄化社会,14年老年人口数量达到近两亿。然而目前,我国的养老设施还相对匮乏,加上人们传统的养老观念在不断更新,因此综合性的社区养老服务是社会发展的必然趋势。对比当下中国养老社区郊外化,在城中心设计这样一个混居社区,我们试图探索一种新的混居模式。
Why graduation design to do such a mixed community? This design is a mixture of elderly and young people. Since its entry into the aging society in 1999, China has reached a population of nearly 200 million in its 14-year-old population. However, at present, the pension facilities in China are still relatively scarce, and people's traditional concept of old-age pension is continuously updated. Therefore, comprehensive community-based pension services is an inevitable trend of social development. In contrast to the current outskirts of Chinese pension communities and the design of such a mixed-use community in the center of the city, we are trying to explore a new model of mixed living.
