为了探讨Ki-67抗原的表达与肾癌生物学行为的关系,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测了64例肾癌和10例正常肾组织中Ki-67的表达。结果:肾癌组织Ki-67增殖指数显著高于正常肾组织(P<0.05);Ki-67增殖指数在肿瘤的病理分级、床分期中有显著性差异(P<0.005、P<0.05)随着分期及分级的升高,Ki-67增殖指数也随之增高,其恶性程度及复发率也增高;Ki-67增殖指数在3年~5年生存率间存在显著性差异(P<0.05),随着生存期的延长,Ki-67增殖指数下降。提示Ki-67增殖指数能较准确反映细胞的增殖情况,可作为判断肾癌恶性程度及预后的一个独立的生物学标志物。
To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ki-67 antigen and the biological behavior of renal cell carcinoma, the expression of Ki-67 in 64 cases of renal cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal renal tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The proliferation index of Ki-67 in renal cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal renal tissues (P <0.05). The proliferation index of Ki-67 was significantly different in pathological grading and bed staging (P <0.005, P <0.05) With the increase of staging and grading, Ki-67 proliferation index also increased, the malignancy and recurrence rate also increased; Ki-67 proliferation index in the 3 to 5 year survival rate was significant (P <0.05). As the survival time prolonged, the proliferation index of Ki-67 decreased. It is suggested that Ki-67 proliferation index can accurately reflect the proliferation of cells, which can be used as an independent biomarker to judge the malignancy and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
