黄河万家寨水利枢纽大坝为混凝土重力坝,最大坝高105m,设计混凝土总量185万 m~3,需用砂石料269万 m~3。距坝址区10km 以外有天然砂石料,但开采运输困难,经技术经济比较,采用坝区附近的人工砂石骨料,截止到1999年8月,已提供人工砂70万 m~3,人工碎石200万 m~3。我国的水利水电工程实践证明,人工砂石料的价格已接近于天然砂石料。在计算时,只要造价工程师认真收集可靠的地质、试验资料,做好料场规划,布置好生产工艺流程,就能使人工砂石料单价更科学、准确、经济。
The Yellow River Wanjiazhai Dam is a concrete gravity dam with a maximum dam height of 105m and a designed concrete volume of 1.85 million m ~ 3. It needs 2.690 million m3 of sand and gravel material. Natural sand and stone materials are located 10km away from the dam site, but mining and transportation are difficult. According to technical and economic comparison, artificial sand and gravel aggregate near the dam area was used. As of August 1999, 700,000 m3 of artificial sand have been provided, Macadam 2 million m ~ 3. China’s water conservancy and hydropower engineering practice shows that the price of artificial aggregate is close to natural aggregate. In the calculation, as long as the cost engineer conscientiously collect reliable geological and experimental data, do the yard work well, and arrange the production process well, the unit price of the artificial aggregate can be made more scientific, accurate and economical.
