我们于1986年4至5月,用酶联免疫吸附试验和血凝抑制试验同时捡测郑州市60名健康人群的风疹抗体,并用肉眼观察结果。ELISA 法的 GMT 为133.5,HI 的 GMT 为65.5。前者为后者的2倍。相关系数 r=0.41,p<0.01表明两法存在着正相关。
From April to May 1986, we detected rubella antibodies from 60 healthy people in Zhengzhou City simultaneously by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and hemagglutination inhibition test. The GMT of ELISA was 133.5 and the GMT of HI was 65.5. The former is 2 times of the latter. Correlation coefficient r = 0.41, p <0.01 shows that there is a positive correlation between the two methods.
