中药复方天仙胶囊是一种有效的抗癌药物。本文216例食管癌经随机分为二组:用药加放射治疗组。即在放疗同时,日服复方天仙胶囊10粒,分3次服。对照组,仅单纯放射治疗。在用药加放射治疗组中,当照射量达65～70Gy时,完全缓解率为57.84％,总缓解率为99.02％;而对照组分别为39.81％和94.44％。 41.8％患者有轻度恶心,呕吐或肿瘤部灼痛,无其他副作用。
Chinese medicine compound Tianxian capsule is an effective anticancer drug. This article 216 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: medication plus radiation therapy group. That is, at the same time of radiotherapy, 10 capsules of compound Tianxian capsules are taken on a daily basis and taken in 3 servings. Control group, only radiation therapy alone. In the drug-plus-radiotherapy group, the complete remission rate was 57.84% and the total remission rate was 99.02% when the dose was 65-70 Gy, whereas the control group was 39.81% and 94.44%, respectively. 41.8% of the patients had mild nausea, vomiting or burning in the tumor area and had no other side effects.
