多年来，作为我国经济转型时期特殊现象的股权分置，以其带有浓厚的计划经济色彩及中国“特色”的二元股权结构，影响着上市公司财务，阻碍企业乃至我国经济发展。自2005年我国上市公司实行股权分置改革试点以来，改革的形势喜人亦逼人。本文就股权分置改革后上市公司财务加以探讨。
