随着智能网技术在中国的广泛应用,智能网网管系统的开发也越来越迫切。移动智能网网管设计的总体方案应采用TMN的体系结构,利用Q3协议栈实现移动智能网网络管理系统。目前移动通信网网管系统分为3级:全国网管系统,省级网管系统以及本地网管系统。移动智能网网管的系统平台是开发网管系统所需的软硬件资源的总和,包括TMN支撑平台和开发平台。移动智能网网管系统的软件结构采用管理者/代理模式,软件设计采用模块化设计,包括数据接入模块、代理模块、管理者模块、网管数据库和应用模块等。
