传统的液压缸缸径过大,存在制造成本高,活塞回程速度慢,工作效率低的弊端。创新设计出一种体积小、刚性高、结构紧凑的柱塞-活塞隐式串联的液压缸,该液压缸在同样的理论输出力条件下,缸径能够比传统液压缸缩小1/4以上,而缸体纵向尺寸仅增加不到10%,大幅度降低了液压缸的制造成本。此外,创新设计的新型液压缸,返程腔横截面面积及容积较小,液压缸返程速度快,工作效率高,有利于节能。对于大直径与特大直径、长行程的液压缸,在技术经济指标方面,柱塞-活塞隐式串联液压缸较传统液压缸具有明显优势。
